Ramsbottom

So, as a bit of a test, I’ve checked the “who is near me” search.. turns out there is no other like minded fabster within 150 miles of me…

Which got me thinking as I sip a beer on the balcony, is this a good thing or a bad thing? Are there times you wish there was no one around so you can go about your business free from the all seeing eye, or do you like knowing you’re surrounded by the fabulous folk of fab…?

No need to reply, you can leave me lonely to enjoy my balcony beer…

I'm very confused. I've just looked at my 'who's near' and it came up with someone in Torquay

I'm in Co Durham, couldn't be any further away in the country!

I'm confused.

Are they currently in Torquay? That would be very weird if so.. County Durham is as far away as it gets..

I think that would actually be quite refreshing, would maybe mean more genuine connections and people willing to travel?

I've never had the 'near me' turned on and I think it's best I keep it that way

But no, for a holiday I like the complete turn off from socials etc. An escape from life in general to soak up a different atmosphere and just exist. That sounds really lovely at the moment actually
