I'm going to buy some weights......

I did buy some half kilo ones and the budgie is heavier

Should I go up and down , side to side or full circle with them and what size shall I start with ?

Depends on how serious and if your going to stick to them ie things can get costly very fast but cheaper in the long run

You get 1 inch bars and 2 inch bars

1 inch bars are cheap and chearful but limited to what plates you can get once you start getting up in wights you hit a limiting factor and need to change out bars

But 2 inch bars don’t fit 1 inch plates so you need to scrap everything witch you could be £500-£600 down by that time

2 inch bars and wight plates are very costly to start out with and if not going to stick to it can be a total waste off money but in the long run cheaper as you never need to change out bars and such

I asked Mr Y. Tube the other day and the answer seems to me that you need to go in all directions

They’re probably more expensive these days.

Middle aisle of Aldi’s usually has a good quality cheap gym section. I did side arm raises, front arm raises and bicep curls this morning with 3kg weights if that helps

couple, us we him her.

Wwrd?

What would Rocky Do?

Get some containers and fill up with a small amount of water use as dumbbells, an old scaffold tube as a barbell.

As you get stronger add more water, also pop along to your local butchers shop and beat the crap out of some pig carcasses, jogging in the snow, chopping log's with an axe.

Three months you'll be ready to fight Ivan Drago.

Consider buying resistance bands or suspension training straps (e.g. TRX)

It takes up less space and there's a lot that you can do with them.

I've had those for ages. I find them very easy to resist

I can see mine from here. I'm not tempted.
