Travelling

They are very protective of their family, in that sense they are.

They are NOT dogs for first or even multiple time dog owners. They are an extreme specialist breed. They are bred to instinctively bite. They love to bite. They have a a high prey drive that runs deep. Puppies nip and chew to get a feel for their environment. BM puppies do this too, they also do it because they fucking love to bite!

There is a reason this breed is used for bite work, and in combat roles. It's a beast of a working dog, no other breed comes close to what it is capable of in multiple traits for what it excels at.

It is a breed that needs the correct training (not just any old training). Strong leadership, disciplined leadership. It's not a breed you can just laugh off and say "but it's cute".

In the wrong hands this dog can be a weapon. With the wrong training this dog is a danger to people.

In the right hands with the correct training it is an amazing family working dog.
