Is there anyone else who going on a walk after it has just finished raining and the cloud cover is still there?

Just came back from a couple of hours of walk and it's beautiful out there.

I like the smell after rain, not the initial petrichor smell (although I do like that too!) but the smell of wet trees / bushes / plants when you walk in the country

Oh I love that too. My only problem is that a wet underwear is so uncomfortable.

I grew up in a place where we get spanked with 40 degrees for about three months every summer. So I learned to hate sunshine and low rains. Worked wonders for me here as I prefer staying home when the sun is out and every place is crowded with hoomans. And when I go out, the places are pretty empty and calm.

I do like it yes especially if you are somewhere with views and can see all the storm clouds on their way out or back in. You can just sense everything drinking in the rain.

I love overcast weather and it's my favourite weather to walk in, but only when it's about 10-15 degrees and a bit windy. Fuck grey weather with stupid humidity.

Yes you don't get the same feeling when it's too cold and you have to wear all the stupid layers

It's lovely when you are in the mountains hopefully with a nice shelter
