Any advice on removing bugs from home?

Been bitten 4 times in 3 days in bed (not bed bugs as totally clean) hoover the house like 3 times and changed and washed all sheets/clothes.

I dont think it's infestation as actually not seen one bug bar 2 spiders lol.

Any advice?

Near Clacton

Probably Gnats, put some lilac or if you can get it lilac oil on your pillows, gnats don't like lilac. Also in the mornings don't actually make your bed flatten all the bed sheets/duvet out then fold them to the bottom of the bed, Sunlight kills bedbugs.

Fleas can travel from human to human from animal to animal.. Fleas or mosquito it sounds like. Buy some germolene works wonders or antihistamine is also good for bites.

Well I've put double siding masking tape all over my pj's from my ankles to top if my calf to see if I catch anything tonight lol.

Wish me luck.... I really dont want bed bugs and considering the house gets a full proper clean each week I can't figure out why!

Its most likely flying things. Theres lots about.

It often seems to be my feet/ankles that attracts them

You don’t need pets , in the uk in summer fleas will come in through windows and hide in carpets.

Get the place sprayed or buy it yourself you will need to do it twice 48 hours apart to get any eggs
