To be honest I’m never impressed getting it in two, there has to be some luck that your first word gives you the right letters for an accurate guess.

Three and Fours guesses is the where the skill is, ensuring your guess after two is more tactical. So looking to get a more popular letters in your next guess and having the vocabulary to know those words.

But apart from that well done Op, not done it yet but will be doing mine later

Hah! Yeah... you're correct of course as it's pure luck. Nice when it happens though.

I stopped doing wordle some time ago as I no longer gained any satisfaction from it. I moved on to wordles of 2,4 and 8 and eventually ended up with doing duotrigordle which is solving 32 words in less than 37 goes...

I think the best way is to start with two words using ten different common letters eg ready/pious. Then start solving the words with the highlighted letters.

I stopped playing Nerdle. I'll have a go at Flagle.

I haven't got a Nerdle wrong get, I get a little bored at Flagle but put max effort into Global. I try to keep my average below 7.5.

"To be honest I’m never impressed getting it in two, there has to be some luck that your first word gives you the right letters for an accurate guess.

But apart from that well done Op, not done it yet but will be doing mine later

It’s not luck over the long term , there’s just good and bad first words. Plus you do you develop a sense of the type of words they include or don’t if you do it daily
