Just having a hot tea, no sugar. Milk.

Had 1 and a half weetabix with hot milk with abit of sugar.

Maybe have a banana after my tea.

For health reasons and my medication, I have my meals back to front with dinner being my breakfast.

Today, it's pan fried salmon with salad and a glass of cold milk. I need to limit my caffeine intake hence coffee and tea is reserved for when I'm dining out.
