London 23rd Feb where should we go

Going out for a big night in London Paddington side of town and wanted to know where is good for meeting up with like minded guys and gals who are out looking for a bit of nsa fun? Don't want to pay to be a member of a club just wanted to know some good bars and clubs?

Any suggestions welcome.
