Which ones have you managed to implement in your life? Hopefully sharing them might serve as an inspiration for others If you feel like elaborating- tell us why do you think they make a positive impact on your life?

One of those I find particularly helpful is evaluating a week. Trying to find things that made me smile, small or big victories and a space for reflecting over it all.

Or simply walking daily.

What's yours?

Tones

Truism indeed but most of those habits will probably sound somewhat like it. still our awareness doesn't mean we follow it.

Haha I got a master lock to keep a spare key outside as I was notorious for forgetting them.

Well done

I like to find something to make me smile every single day. A cat video, a piece of music, a game on my phone. Anything really. But I actively look for something that will make me smile

That is true but some do fallow it and it’s nice when you meet someone who dose

Brilliant. You'll feel better for it I'm sure and what a great effect on one's skin as well.

I would welcome some funky cat videos please.

Recently was chuckling over an owner making songs using his cat miaow sounds as an inspiration!

Somewhere else

I’m pretty serious about getting my exercise.

A habit I’m trying to put in place now is to be less of a perfectionist - I find I get more done if I’m not judging myself so harshly.

Asking for help, accepting help, and not struggling on alone, there is many potive functional ciloping stratgaies that I'm implemented into my life. By far the power of speech and working on myself are the two most beneficial

It's all about small habits to start with isn't it?

Ps. Beautifully paired dress and a belt.

Aiming for perfection will only release the inner critic as perfectionism is not attainable

What I mean by the power of speech, sharing openly and honestly on a emotional level with another human being, being totally truthful and transparent with myself and others about what is going on for me.....allowing others to carry my burden with me not struggling alone with what I can carry

I see. Problem divided feels less heavy for sure. And talking about solutions with someone or ways to move forward makes us more accountable for those words too. Thanks for elaborating

Being accountable is so freeing, I'm involved in a solution focused programme it's bedrock being talking to people to get to that solution....we know thr problem let's get to the solution kind of thing

Dubai & Nottingham

A couple I’ve managed that have been quite transformational.

Getting up as soon as I wake.

Engaging in mentoring , as a mentor and mentee. Satisficing the small stuff, always consulting on the the big stuff.
