Banging head on something not sure why as hurting self in other ways doesent cause anger but banging head causes immense rage

Anyone standing watching others work, I’m normally very calm and don’t ever go off on one at people I take to work with me as I but someone standing watching someone work especially if it’s me being watched work causes me to lose my shit

Ignorance when someone doesn't acknowledge you letting them by or keeping hold of a door or when driving you let them out or through and they give no acknowledgment

Anger is a normal emotional response, it’s managing the anger that is important so that it doesn’t turn into violence.

Rage, I’ve felt a few times, usually involves me protecting my children from bullies!

Saw my one and only complete that of an ex today. That fairly set me off just seeing him walking down the road while I was in a moving vehicle.

The driver offered to run him over for me without me saying anything so I must have been radiating the rage
