So the year for me goes along just fine now l have little to do with it, summer is not long enough if you count the bad days

Already thought of Christmas! My first one after losing my best friend and we both loved Christmas too. I'm going away to the Lakes! I've booked a nice glamping cabin with lovely views also for hikes and the site is open for Christmas with a bar and open fire so not completely alone.

I dod though buy a couple of xmas cushions that were excellent quality and next to nothing the other day in a charity shop. I also bought a set of unsual old style xmas cards. Not to send, I just liked them. Five pounds the lot

I love Christmas! I've already bought a few gifts. I consider it acceptable to start preparing in August. Gift-giving is a big love language of mine, so I love to take lots of time shopping and selecting things. I look forward to the big day dinner all year, too.

We had the first leaflet from a local restaurant advertising for Christmas work do's delivered yesterday.

It went straight in the bin. Let's get summer over first before wishing the rest of the year away.
