I need some healthy breakfast ideas.

You know the lass fattening types. Preferably without oats.

What do you eat for breakfast and how healthy is it???

I have a bowl of Start like Steve Cram.

He's healthy, so I should be too.

You can't go far wrong with grilled bacon, poached eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms

If you chuck avocado on something does that immediately make it healthy?

I don’t usually have breakfast, more of an early lunch if I’m feeling hungry.

Eggs maybe? I think they’re good for you.

All over

Cooked breakfast only when on holiday or staying in a hotel usually except the odd bacon butty. Usually a bit of toast and marmalade or fruit and greek yogurt with few nuts and honey or just some wheetabix,a drizzle and few bluberies

My goto breakfast atm is peanut and banana in a pitta. Usually a porridge guy, I'll get back to that.

Smoothies are pretty versatile and can be as healthy as you like.

Glasgow

Toasted crumpets with taramasalata, or with melted cheese and pesto.

Addictions since my youth; pleasures, but not guilty ones.
