And that's the essence of it, isn't it... it's about something other than blind possessiveness and if you don't get off on sharing your partner then you should possibly take a fresh look at why/how you swing.

If it's just because you want to shag people "fitter" than your partner then how do you really feel about your loved one... personally for me it's a turn on to see the person I love and desire in a position where they're doing something taboo, which is a turn on in itself, and to have the chance to see from a voyeuristic perspective them having sex and a good time.
