Yeah, do it frequently.

Sometimes eat a chunk of cheese while I’m waiting for me dinner to cook, that’s usually about this time of day.

Good strong cheddar , cut into large fingers and dunked in the top of a marmite jar. Sometimes gotta put the marmite in the microwave for twenty seconds just to make it runny enough for dunkin’

My first thought was prawn cracker crumbs.

"Apparently the nightmares thing is a myth from A Christmas Carol. It actually helps you sleep. "

These bluer and stinkier cheeses can contain relatively high amounts of certain biologically active compounds which occur as by-products of bacterial or fungal metabolism. These compounds include some amines which can have psychoactive properties, including tryptamine (chemically related to tryptophan) and tyramine which have been isolated from a number of cheeses and occur in highest quantities in highly matured cheeses.

Essentially you'll be OK with cheddar but blue cheeses such as rocqfort can induce weird dreams because higher levels of tryptamine

Yes...and no.

Yes because sometimes you want to feed your turophile desires with a platter of fine cheese, biscuits and quince paste.

No, because cheddar — assuming it's cheddar — always gives me nightmares or unsettled sleep.
