Like all couples on here we receive far too many messages - almost one a day!!!! Therefore we have been forced to implement a number of hoops that you will be expected to jump through before we will consider your application.

1. Find a hoop

2. Set your camera to self timer

3. Capture a picture of you jumping through hoop (you must be in mid air at the moment the photo is taken) (if you fail, try again, we won't accept near misses)

4. Naked jumping hoopers get booby prizes

5. Photos of appendages being thrust between small hoops are amusing, but not acceptable

If we like you, we will verify you as a confirmed hoop jumper. You may then proudly display this on your profile and demand that others jump through hoops for you.

To prove that you are prepared to jump through hoops for us you must write 'I'm Jumping Baby' in the subject title of your message.

Actually we were trying to think of a theme for some new photos, might have to go out and buy some hula hoops..
