Not sure if they’re legal but pretty sure they’re a lot of fun. Even in the rain, but then again I love the rain!

If you mean meeting for sex or playing the answer is no they are not.

It’s also about consent. Whilst you may consent for play in a public area those that may see you do not consent to see it.

Would you really want a family to see you playing in a car? Even at night there’s risk

Car park owners can impose their own rules on users. Nudity isn't generally illegal, though behaviour can be. Sex isn't necessarily illegal, it typically depends on intent.

You could use a dogging car park, at the right time of day and get better results than very publicly viewed spots.
