Libido (or lack of)

My dearest forumsters

I come to you today to ask a question

What do you do about loss of libido?

It’s been about 3 weeks now since my libido went. It’s driving me insane. Absolutely nothing is getting my going.

All my usual avenues have failed and I tried some new things including new toys and new masturbation methods and yet nothing is working! Literally nothing!

I feel at a loss (quite literally), because I can’t stay sexually frustrated forever.

Anyone got any tips on bringing it back?

Anything can affect it including worrying about lack of it or trying to find it again and the self pressure that gives.

It will come back, probably when you’re least expecting it

If I lose my libido I'm not sexually frustrated - I'm just not interested.

Try looking to other causes, that's what brings mine back. Reduce stress, enough sleep, diet, hydration, exercise.

Travelling

My libido is usually almost always there. When it goes it is brief and returns quickly.

Its people I usually can't be arsed with more often.

That's the bit that confuses me too.

Are you saying your wank bank is empty OP?

There's a dude with a perfect cock, maybe give him a bell

It’s a bit of both - I can’t wank because I have no libido and then I’m sexually frustrated because I WANT to wank but I can’t…if that makes sense?

I get this sometimes as well, it's can be 101 things for blokes from what I've read.

I try not to stress about it, the brain is a weird and wonderful thing, it plays tricks on you somtimes just for the bants.

I have little spells where I couldn’t think of anything worse than having sex. I don’t stress over it and wait until it passes.

Mine has been gone for ages but I’m just going with it. I’m not sexually frustrated, I’m just “meh” about it all, and my way of thinking is that it’s my body’s way of protecting my best interests for the present time.

It’ll come back when I’m in a better place I suspect, and that’ll do me.

If you’re concerned maybe have a chat with your GP. Have you started taking new medication or going through stresses that may have affected it?

You're just literally bored with sex its the same old same old i suggest another hobby like philately or train spotting

Mine's taken a dip too. It's been bouncing between half and zero for several months. It happens.

It's when it's 100% all the time that it's a problem - constantly thinking about sex isn't a good way to have a productive life!

Oh ok. Yeah, I understand.

Work on other material needs for the moment. Give yourself the best background support for it to come back
