Next Door

I'm looking to book a table at a really good restaurant for dinner. Somewhere that is a really nice treat.

Not fussy about cuisine.

Price does and doesn't come it to it.

Looking round the midlands/london/m4/m40 corridoor.

Please can you give me some recommendations.

Thank you

What’s a suitable time to wait to reply to a comment on the forums without seeming too keen?

Morden

I fancy visiting one of the Tom Kerridge restaurants in Marlow. Maybe even having something to eat.

London

How big a treat? Because I had one of my best ever meals at The Waterside Inn in Bray...

Was quite formal though so depends on what you're looking for...

We feel 4hrs 37 minutes is appropriate

Leicester

Tare in Bristol is really good. Tiny place built in an old shipping container. The food is excellent, as are the wine pairings.

Opheem in Birmingham, easily the finest Indian meal you'll ever have.

There's a Wimpy in the town I live!

Never been in there though.

NW London

In London, Blacklock is a safe bet. Sushisamba at the Heron Tower would be a memorable experience as would Hutong at the Shard.

I only remember them from years ago back in Glasgow growing up!! I think they're still going well I guess.
