Decades ago there was a website where you put in your car reg plate and if someone fancied you they could send you a message. I'm pretty sure it died a death, but was it a bit stalky?

"How would that even work?! "

You put in your car reg and if someone fancied you, they'd message.

It's quite simple.

I'd guess:

- Someone see's a "fitty" driving a car and takes note of their registration.

- They enter the previously noted registration into a website.

- The website says either "This person is a member, send a message" or it says "This person isn't a member, so you can't send a message".

There are probably ways of bringing your car to a halt safety which might make this less risky?
