... you've ever won on a tombola?

We partake whenever we see one. The kids love them, and it's always a thrill to see if you've won a bottle of beer or a half chewed troll.

Our crappiest thing is either the small picture of flowers in vases that's so faded even a charity shop would struggle to get 20p for (helpfully dated on the back as purchased 21st July 1986 for 99p). Or it's the box of Friends branded coffee cup caramel scented bath fizzers. It smelt of not very much and turned the bath water brown.

Are you sure it was the fizzers that turned the water brown.

It’s in the back of my cupboard, I’ll donate it to the village fete in a few weeks time

An air filter box for a Renault Clio but inside that was a pack of balloons.

Kept the little people entertained though and was a fractionally more fun way of doing a tombola with everything wrapped in random boxes.
