Roast potatoes (par boiled) cooked in goose fat, mashed sweet potato and carrot, broccoli, roast pork severed in its own gravy. (Gravy isn't a sauce, it's a necessity!)

I usually add fresh chilli and parsley but unusually tried to stick within the rules
