Need a nice spot for coffee/cake/lunch in this area, not been for years so thought I'd ask if anyone has any recommendations!

Was in Arundel just before lock down, there were plenty of nice Tea rooms in the high St then.

Black Rabbit is a good pub for food BN18 9PB.

Arundel sounds like where frozen is set. I might watch frozen with my daughter later.

couple, us we him her.

There's a couple of nice tea rooms near the castle.

Or some nice places along the river and surrounding area.

Not much in ford other than the open prison. A a small train station and a pub.

Head inland there's the south downs way and lot's of places to stop.
