As I’ve just said in another thread when Whattsapp crashed tonight it wiped all my one to one messages and kept all group ones!! (All work related)

I have lost thousands of messages and photos from a load of people but more importantly my mum who has passed.

No sympathy needed as I am twatwaffle for not backing them up or even printing them.

So a lesson for us all, don’t rely upon your devices to save things because when they are gone they are really gone

Gutted to hear that Jack, there may be a way of retrieving them if you go through your phones files

Check to see if you have back up enabled.

I've taken screen shots of a few messages I want to keep.
