So I have an active job that requires small burst of exertion followed by 10-20 minutes of waiting.

Does anyone else do pressups (or any other form of exercise) whilst they wait at work?

I struggle being inactive and need to keep moving. So pressups come in handy.

Similar but the bursts of active are few and far between. As for needing to be active... I could happily never move again!

I’m a chubby boy for a reason and not doing press-ups is one.

I’ve worked out a nice little, one mile power walking route that I try to fit in most days , not sure if that’s what you mean? I also try to do various muscle clenches whilst sat at the desk to keep things active

No. Mine is reasonably active for 2-3 hours at a time.

I need more exercise, I know I do, but I am basically crap at doing something for the sake of it. And I know that doesn't make sense.
