my friend is on vodafone and cant access fabs while outside using 3g. has anyone else had this happen?

Yes I am on o2 and it will not let me unless I give credit card detales to prove I am over 18 . But I toke out the contract so they know how old I am and I don't have a credit card

Sure you can't do it online with driving licence number?

Try calling into an o2 shop with ID. Im sure they will do it for you.

With O2 you have to opt in to adult content. You are opted out by default. It will charge your credit card £1 but you get that added to your account balance.
