"I do 50 mins of boxing 3-4 times a week. I do 30-40 mins weights at least once a week and swim & play squash 2-3 hours a week. So around 6 hours a week something like that . I sold my car & walking to & from the metro twice a day so getting 50K steps a week without training " That is good and also a lot of steps too | |||

I'm a hard gainer too which is a bit of a turn off..." That is good and you are right there, it can turn into a longer workout if the gym is crowded too | |||

At the boxing there’s lots of singles so arriving early and socialising and a drink after is social rather than dead time. Gym kit goes on after morning shower on training days. The walk is the warm up. The gym shower and post workout food/drinks facilities saves time and money. You are in control to fully design your workouts to work | |||
