I'm going to jump I the shower, wash my hair. Then some breakfast, catch up with what is happening in the world. Get my hound ready and go down the beach a walk stopping off for a coffee at a dog friendly cafe. Not overly exciting but not bad either

I'm at work. Preparing for a presentation on Thursday. I hate PowerPoint but feel its going to be expected.

I'm also loading up on vitimins and cold and flu remedies to try and ensure I can speak on Thursday.
