Multiseed toast with decent butter and lemon curd.

Cheese and cake - some would call that a cheesecake. I'd call it a winning combination even if one part isn't really cake.

Now I finally know what GOAT is and having had my first Krispy Kreme experience recently I'm allowing this. Alongside it are donuts and coffee freshly made on Hastings pier. Nothing nicer than sitting in the sunshine with hot sugary donuts

I've put spanish omelette back in my menu since I got a new air fryer. Aside from parboiling potatoes I do it all in the air fryer. Silicone cooking dishes are so handy.

Personal opinion, some vegetables and fruit taste so bland these days, and the MAIN culprit is tomatoes.

To get nice tomatoes, you have to big the really expensive ones. Anything less, taste like water.
