Cheshire

Why are the retailers allowed to keep them high, whilst wholesale costs have dropped, up like a rocket down like a feather....

Dubai & Nottingham

Is it the lag effect ?

Or credit effect ? Maybe crude is owned as it moves around, not held on credit.

unlike retail gold which is all credit, the shops follow the daily spot price , but I notice in the jewellery quarter in Birmingham some of the indies sell small bars way below the spot , they must own them.

Norfolk

Just keep an eye on DA Roberts in Grindley Brook for what prices should be...they were 20p a litre less than where I was staying back in March, looks to be 15-20p lower on average and he still makes a good profit on it...
