For the last 20 years it the cotton boxers with the elastic waistband like Calvin kleins seems to be the thing. I had a hot meet with a young punk guy in skinny jeans. When he pulled them down he was wearing black and grey stripy briefs. It was such a surprise to see some kind of male undie variation. So now I have a thing for skinny men in them.
