... interact with first when meeting another couple?

Just a fun question for people to consider on a Sunday morning.

So, as a couple, you meet another couple for the first time - whether swinging, or a vanilla social event. Who does each partner interact with first? Male to male, female to female? Or a crossover first?

Is there a recognised etiquette?

We tend to meet with males shaking hands, then cross over.

Leeds

I tend to fist bump with the Mr, then a little boob bump with the Mrs, followed by a hi, nice to meet you? In most cases the other couple have done a runner by then.

Mrs

Oh in those circumstances, we just resort to giving each other a 'Wet Willy'

Standard practice from the age of about 12 where I grew.
