Hot Flushes

As some of you may know I've started a new treatment for my endometriosis. It essentially puts me into a temporary menopause and I have to take an add back therapy.

Overnight I have had hideous hot flushes, I was wondering if any ladies had any advice about what I could do to help with the whole sleep situation.

Daft as it sounds, keep one foot out of the bed. The cool air on it will readjust your internal temperature.
