saw this film, pretty good, but doesn't any1 believe the hole how bin laden got killed. There seems to be to many convenient holes in the story, and i believe he was dead many years before. basically i think its all bull and we r being spun a web of lies.

I find the most intriguing thing about conspiracy theories, is that some people are willing to believe them....

Could be but the Americans certainly wanted to kill someone to put closure on 9/11.

Personally i thought the majority of the film was quite good , however the final part ( the raid on the compound ) made the americans look unprofessional and downright stupid in my eyes !! For starters did no one else actually notice that a helicopter had crashed in their back garden lol ???

An anonymous SAS member said after seeing it we would of been in and out in less than 5 mins , yet it seemed to take the americans somewhere like 20 mins ??

Chances are it wasnt bin laden anyway as why would you kill one of the biggest military assets in the middle east ??

There is a reason why the Americans have decided not to release Bin Laden's death photos and I agree with them. The last thing we all need is a bunch of jihadis inflamed even more than they already are stripping B&Q of fertiliser and Tescos of Concentrated OJ.

If you wanted accuracy why did you go and see a film produced by Hollywood?

They could have given you accuracy but you'd have been in and out of the cinema in 10 mins.

theres plenty of motive, i can't believe u just said that, the americans wanted a reason to put military personnel in pakistan, therefore blaming them for harbouring OBL, then it was the same time obamas citizenship was being questioned, needed to shift that out the limelight. That he died year's before but they needed a face to put to the war on terror, so they pretended he was alive to put a face to it, or that he died years before but they knew that was a really good story, so they kept it for an appropriate time, also popularity points with the election coming up the year after it happened. Thats just me with my limited knowledge, and off the top of my head, from what I've read in paper's, herd on the news, or online. how you just said what possible motive would the american government have is just bordering on unbelievable ignorance

Apparently Katherine Bigelow ( producer ) was allowed access to CIA files on the whole story, thats why its supposed to be as close to what happened as possible.

I've not seen the film yet. Will do soon though.

I thought the way they disposed of his body a bit strange. I understand the reasons. I would've thought that had you killed the "worlds most wanted man" you would've taken pictures/videos. But then these can also be faked.

I think the whole thing was so Obama got more popular with voters. He'll always be known for being the president who got the bad man.

Some years ago Benazhir Bhutto named a terrorist as the 'man who killed Bin Laden' in an interview with David Frost on Al Jazeera. For some reason Frost didn't pick her up on it. while later someone murdered her.Musharraf claimed he was dead too. The French secret service claimed BL was dead in 2002. Bush was claiming that BL wasn't a priority as early as 2006. Then that's the whole Tim Osman thing. I've got no idea what the truth is but I suspect few people ever will

OBL was so wanted he would of been too much of a burden to al quida or taliban, so therefore they would of been better off without him, he would of been useless to them. and who say there haven't been more vids of him, and who said the ones that were around were real?.......one theory suggests OBL was working with the americans ha ha. he was heavily involved in oil and the bin laden family are billionaires, they would of had a lot of dealings with people high up in america. burying him at sea i ent buying that, they knew the conspiracy it would cause, and as for potentially sparking more muslim extremist terrorist attacks, by realising pictures of the body or providing some substantial facts to prove it, wouldn't the the fact they killed him then made a film about it do that anyway,

"basically i think its all bull and we r being spun a web of lies."

The fundamental flaw with most conspiracy theories is the assumption that those who orchestrate them (usually 'the government') could actually organise anything more complex than a piss up in a brewery and even then the implementation of said piss up has a less than 30% chance of going off without hitches.

The moon landing conspiracy is the one that makes me howl with laughter. It's astonishing that some folk really believe it was faked. How many people work for NASA and are involved in each launch, mission and return to Earth? IT would need all of them to keep quiet for the rest of their lives and human beings just can't keep secrets for that long. One of them would have talked.

obviously dont belive everything, but when things reacour from different sources, also clips on youtube, things like that then sometimes they ring true, also in the case of OBL theres no proof its true and he is really dead, i.e. 9/11 we saw what happened with our own eyes and al quida took responsibility and theres loads of proof about them having flying lessons etc, but with OBL there is no proof so is obviously open to conspiracy without it being a conspiracy nut

The issue I have with these kinds of things is... Why doesn't anyone say anything? People directly involved I mean.

Considering the massive amount of people who would have been involved in faking something like 9/11 or whatever I find it really hard to believe that not one of them comes forward and says something like "I was told to falsify this" or something like that... I mean we couldn't even keep the identity of the new batman villain a secret so it seems kinda far fetched that out of all the people involved in covering up something like that nobody got a bit guilty and came out with a bit of evidence.

Maybe but nobody ever comes forward with really damning evidence like "here's the test result that proves this" or something like that when there's a whole load of people who could have potentially had access to something like that... People can say anything they like but to me they just never seem to have enough hard evidence to be believable...

That being said I'm pretty sure they didn't tell us everything but I really don't think there's any giant conspiracy either.

Now i have a theory based completely on no evidence what so ever, except it seems logical. I do not believe he is dead ,i think he may as well be though ,i think the people who have him will be making sure they got every tiny last bit of information from him before dispatch and put through a mincer.

As i say no evidence just a hunch, based on nothing more than "Hell hath no fury like the Americans scorned".

It was proven that the superstructure was built to with stand 3000 degrees and plane fuel only burns at 2000. So it could not of been the heat from the fuel that melted the structure.

Also there is clear footage of small explosions popping out of the windows seconds before the towers collapsed ??
