Should Ian Beale be able to strike

For those not familiar with Ian’s struggle I will summarise.

Since 1985 he has been working in the CaFF , frying chips and being a cheeky chappy (aka cockney) . As a fictional character he receives no salary, and has not had a single day off.

Should he be able to strike?

Technically no he can’t strake he can however take the day off

You can’t go on strike if you own the place it’s technically a day off
