When I used to eat meat, I would judge people that left meat on their bones. So I hope you suck em good and get all that meat off

You are right. Any sort of meat you need to handle properly and enjoy every bit of it

I could write a book on them. For the hassle involved, they're not worth deep frying. BBQ, air fryer or oven will give good results.

To get them crispy add one tsp of corn flour or baking powder per pound of wings.

As far as flavour goes, lemon pepper is a clear winner imo. Peri peri works too. My own preference is for them sauced, way more flavour
