"Could be the aftermath of Covid leaving you feel like that... subconsciously I'm pretty sure it's done alot to alter the way we all think and feel. I was discussing this with family not so long back and how it's affected my youngest and her cousin, both full of character but lacking social confidence. That aside though... what has really changed in that time? Yes, things have such as technology etc but as a whole has life altered that much? "Since my Grandson wad born last October I keep having awful what if feelings and I can't seem to shake them,I love all my Grandkids ,but since this little ones been born my heart has just melted I don't know if it's because it's been 14years since my last Grandchild was born or that I'm older,I just hate the way I'm feeling Any advise would be most welcome " Like invasive thoughts? Anxiety? There's a little bit online about PPA in grandparents ,im no doctor but it might be worth a read. Wouldn't do any harm to speak to your GP about how you're feeling.
