I feel I need cheering up today though I don't actually know why

My dog putting her paws on my hand when I stopped stroking her this morning to make me do it more was super cute

I've had a good sleep and for the first day in quite a few I actually don't feel shattered .....give it time, I might not last the day.

A recent scientific study, just published last month, found that masturbation dates back at least 40 million years, to the early ancestors of monkeys and apes. And the study also found that it’s good for you (in evolutionary terms, anyway). So carry on, wankers. You’re upholding the longest of traditions.

I feel a little pants today so my amazing man is driving us to my old favourite sandwich shop near my old uni to cheer me up! It's a bit of a trek for a panini but there sooooo good.
