I'm not sure it has anything to do with equality to be honest. If the question was from a woman yes the answers would be different, for the reason that there are 1000s more thirsty men on here looking for sex with randoms than there are women.

Where this is true, there would also be other women posting similar things, most likely in a jokey manner but still, it would all be positive.

I think the main reason it’s seen as popcorn material is because it’s been posted in The Lounge, rather than Forums where people look for meets.

The Lounge is usually the place to hang out and talk about squirrels or you favourite children’s programme in 1973. The OP’s post stands out a mile as a result.

That said, it’s hardly a heinous crime, or similar. Hope it paid off.

Comparing the two situations is like comparing apples and pears in terms of equality. There is a huge mismatch in the promiscuity (or at least the expression of promiscuity) between men and women.

With numbers being a result of the above we commonly see a difference in approach. For instance how many single ladies profiles do you see where they strongly promote their abilities to please and satisfy men? Generally they talk more about what they are looking for and what they want. Yet many male profiles are heavy to promote a totally unselfish abilities to please and satisfy a woman with great skill and without stating anything in return. Obviously is reflective of the market and what men feel is needed to stay competitive (personally we prefer profiles where men do suggest a need for mutual satisfaction, their desire and not just out there to please others).

So you can never get a level playing field on this front and we don't see it as an issue of equality. It is a constant complaint of the male majority of the site and a complaint of there not being equality. However it's centuries of inequality and patriarchal norms that is most likely the source of this inequality of promiscuity (or expression of) thus source of low numbers of women and differing attitudes. One could argue its not feminism that's cock blocking men, in fact its far more likely to be centuries of patriarchy cock blocking men on the site.

However people are unfairly harsh with single men when they make perfect legitimate proposals where they just wouldn't if it were a single woman. Including a fair few men eager to throw other men under the bus.
