Tom is no fan of the Spanish but they are bringing in new laws to stop the towel madness of people, often German, for putting towels on sunbeds at 6-30am before disappearing for hours thinking they have reserved the best sunbed locations for the day. The Spanish can now issue fines on beaches and seize those towels.

What's going on here guys. It's all over the news
