Regret

I recently read (and will reread) the power of regret and could relate to many things in it.

I know many say don't live with regret not that's easier said than done.

Weirdly one of my big regrets is not going through with something stupid a few years ago as not sure much had changed or what needs to change to not regret it.

I also regret not exploring myself and my needs more

I am glad I regret some things! it makes me human and makes me wanna b e a better person then the one I regret! Regrets are good as long as you learn with that regret and make sure you do not do it again.

anyone who doesn't regret is usually a narcissists

As I've got older I think its better to have done it and regret it than to regret not doing it. Your never too old to give something new a go.
