There used to be a few corner bookshops that you could trade your old mags for other ones, but it seems they have all but disappeared now.

Think the book / magazine shope on Shude Hill in Manchester still does a trade.

They certainly still sell them.

I expect there is, it's like a pervy window to the past. I can see the intrigue that comes from the hedge inside every woman's apple catchers, the scrubbing brush on every man's top lip, the fear at the back of your mind that you could turn the next page and find a younger version of your auntie getting porked on a dining table by a bloke with a perm.

Why not distribute them amongst the local railway sidings and the more disreputable area of local parkland to be found by teenage boys.

Thats how I saw my first hardcore smut, a copy of Playbirds near a railway line, ah the memories!

It'll get a whole new generation of pubescent boys into filth, be great for the UK porn industry which needs a boost in these austere times.

I believe the Council used to be responsible for placing porn in hedgerows, but think that due to cut backs they no longer do this.
