why ask for kik or skype

or any other messaging service when theres a perfectly good messaging,picture and cam service on this site.

Quicker to send pics from your phone, and if you have the maximum amount on here, then that could be a reason I guess

what i mean is we get contacted by a man after a bit chat we ask for pics and he asks if we have skype kik or some other messenger as he doesnt want to upload to the site, thing is we want to keep this side of our lifestyle to this site.

It can be useful to have that phonecall/cam to confirm how genuine someone is without exchanging phone numbers... That's what I've used it for so far

I agree with what you're saying about keeping to the site, but maybe make a new skype account just for this?

I, for example, can't use the chatroom/cams on here because I'm using an ipad. So when people ask about cam all i can offer is Skype. May be a reason for others? X

I don't wish just anyone to have my phone number or email address so tend to avoid any private cam, skype type communicating.

We use kik as then we can both chat in the conversation as have our own kik names yet only the one profile on here. Also we only use kik for on here so no private details atre given out as can always get a new kik if needed.

As already said, chat dont work to good on mobiles so apart from the inbox there is nothing for mobile users

Hi. I think skype is great as you can have a 1-1, sometimes when your in the chat room on fab it is very difficult to have a conversation with one person and if there is someone in chat you are particularly interested in then its a nightmare to chat. Also you can be more daring on skype if you want to get naked and play, where in chat you may not wish 100 odd people to see you. Saying that I am not knocking chat on fab as sometimes it can be a great laugh and you can get chatting to people who you may have missed otherwise. Just my opinion from my own experience x

Skype and kik work perfect on mobile phones - where as fabs chat don't :-/

And as others have already said you get to cam more pvtly...
