Swim!

Anyone else maintain themselves either physically or mentally with a sport / hobby.

If so, what?

I run and do kettlebell training. It's good for my mind, not just body.

I love the gym and hiking. I do prefer aerial arts but my shoulder injury prevents it now

My go to sport is cycling/ mountain biking. Keep fit and travel about. Though I do all sorts (not the liquorice) when not on the bike.

I cycle a lot. I work out not as much as I should but still. I fly power kites too, nothing too big. Just enough for an upper body workout. Something zen like about flying a kite

Sailing, gym, and coastal rowing here (unles sshagging and occasionally getting shitfaced counts as a sport and can be added in).

I try and get to the gym three mornings a week but that very much depends on if I'm waking up alone - then it is a different form of exercise

Vinyasa Yoga and meditation helps with both physical and mental health. Trying to get back into weight training and HIIT but not managing to do it as often as I'd like.

I do everyone else's job at work if that counts? That's a decent workout at times.

I like to walk. I’m lucky that the surrounding area is beautiful and there’s no shortage of walks

Vinyasa and yin yoga, hiits, functional movement training and cycling… all because I’m an older dad, and I want to be able run around like a lunatic and keep up with the little one.

As for mental health, reading, writing and time by myself work well for me.
