hi everyone im after some help. ive got proper tree trunk thighs and really struggling to get stockings. ive read reviews that sounded good and tried different companies but all with the same effect.....they all roll down! tried M & s, internet (several sites)matalans had good review but they were no good. just had 2 more pairs delivered from stockings hq that specifically said for wide legs and they are appalling. no give in them whatsoever they are same size as normal stockings, so duped again. the one pair i have left are from stockings direct but they dont do those ones anymore. im trying lovehoney now so keeping my fingers crossed but this is costing a fortune trying to find some that fit and im getting frustrated now. please please help. thanks x

I think some brands of stockings/hold ups just roll down! Ann Summers seem to be the best for me

I used to have the same problem,.but use m snd s ones now, get on great with them.

Debenhams or ive tried some from Primani and they were amazing...cheap too....was totally surprised ....

Asda do a good range of hold ups and never have problems.

Another tip is to apply body moisturiser to your thighs this helps the hold up stick!!

Body lotion stops the silicon strip from working properly! Also, don't wash with fabric conditioner.

Wow thanks girls. Few more to look into. Although i have to say i think all your legs are great and not quite as big as mine. Ill wait and see what the love honey ones turn out like. Thanks again

Yes those are the ones that arrived today. They are shocking there's no way they are wide legs. I ordered 2pairs same brand, 1plain top 1patterned top. plain ones on pack said size 5-6, pattern said 3-4. The 5-6were tiny and im only 4'10" they only just got over my knee !

There were only 2other pairs marked as wide leg and they were out of stock. The others are plus size but the bigger you go the taller your supposed to be. Thanks though ive got a few options now
