What are you up to at 06:39 on a Sunday? And why is PP always up so early?! My 04:45 wake up call was NOT welcomed

I was up at 6 which is my lay in time on a weekend.

I have an actual inability to stay in bed, I haven't slept in past 6:30 for about a year.

Going anywhere nice?

Because I've got some of throat infection and woke up coughing.

I'm now too awake to go back to sleep. I should really be sleeping. Enjoy your holiday! x

It’s 9:39 here but I’ve been up since 6 because im injured and it’s too hot to go outside even at night so I’ve literally sat around the flat napping all weekend

I'm in work. Actually had a lie today, as my mate was bringing me to work (Sunday transport is shit in Welsh valleys) so got extra 45mins in bed. 5.15 alarm instead of 4.40

I'm off to sunny Spain for a solo jaunt. Waiting for the damned disabled loo is doing my head in though - I think someone is reading War and Peace while on the khazi

I've got over an hour to wait now, absolutely no queues at security or for my breakfast or anything else, so I shall go and people watch

So I’m laying in bed for a few more hours yet before I stroll across.

This airport was a 30min drive from the house

They tell you to get here at least 2.5hrs early if you need assistance, but today, I've ended up wayyyyy ahead of the game. Sitting dutifully at the gate, to supposedly be one of the first on board.......

Considered/been offered/could have had this weekend. I'm sticking with hot lemon, ginger and honey tea. Medicine. Sleep. I'll sort out a salve soon.

Walking down the only road I've ever known!

So that's why you're up early, it's a pain in the arse waking up as early as I do.

I haven't been working for 6 months due to my heart condition, my body clock is broken.

The Spanish assistance is usually spot on, and at this airport, obviously pretty good too. They're already here at the gate, even before the plane. It's a good sign.

Hope you had a restful night in the airport hotel.

After some initial accommodation related problems (read: disaster), I am ensconced in a nice little hotel, on a giant hill. The immense heat + pushing on medieval streets, uphill, is challenging, but had a good proper first day today, thanks for asking!

Did a crazy wheelchair adventure last night, around the original barrios from the 10/11th century. Up stairs in the chair, vertical slopes, cobbles like you've never seen before etc. An absolute slog but fun

More classes this AM, lovely bacalao for lunch (nowhere near the sea though) and now resting myself before another adventure in another barrio. Apparently less undulating.....
