Because TV/CD is very different to TS/TG. A very obvious or even convincing crossdresser/transvestite is not a FtM or MtF transgender person.

Most transgender people we're friends with absolutely refuse to acknowledge and even find it highly insulting when anyone misgenders them. This is my biggest annoyance with Fab, lumping CD,TV,TS and TG all as one category. Its transphobic, it may not of been the intention when Fab was set up but that it was been that way for so long now is shameful. Surely a couple of lines of code to allow for a wider gender spectrum wiuld create a more inclusive environment
