After many years of casually rubbing clit i seem to have developed a constant pain in my thumb.

I have looked up thumb splints and would appreciate some advice.

My advice? See a trained medical practitioner who will know exactly the best course of action!

And take a break from clit rubbing and gaming

those PS5 controllers will fuck you up!

This begs a bigger question.

Are we supposed to rub clits with our thumb? Cause I'll be honest if so I've been doing it wrong.

I got trigger finger in my ring finger on my left hand four or five weeks ago. I heard the tendon snap! I couldn't straighten it out at all. I've been taping lollipop sticks to it every day and it's practically straight again. Slightly less grip and it's not quite healed yet but I'm getting there.

Couple of ibuprofen and push on through. If your thumb is hurting, use the whole fist.

Just test one. There is one on amazon with a metal part going over your thumb and padding around it and your wrist, all secured by velcro. Costs around 16 pounds last time I looked.

Still worth checking it out by HCP as Dan suggested.
