Not often enough by far. Work, kid, life, other shit. Sucks being an adult sometimes and not being a teenager again.

But we try. And that's the main thing. And its great when we manage it.

I’m lucky that I have a good relationship with my ex partner and we share my daughters well being and care really evenly and work around each others work and plans. But generally I’d aim for a weekend away with friends or a meet once a month

Not as often as we’d like too. We don’t have very many family members willing to watch the kids so it’s really exciting when we get some time to spend together.

It depends what we mean by 'date'.

We go out together deliberately to have 'us time' about five to ten times a month possibly more. It's less in winter though.

When our children were growing up I was about five times in fifteen years of less.
