little reminders and advice:

Use SPF every day, not just when the sun is out.

Don't forget to dry between your toes after a shower.

Leave some food and water for birds - water very important on long periods of dry weather.

Good question, mum said so but medics say so too. Apparrently left moisture can harbour fungi and then possible infections. I did say it was random

You can study pretty much anything you can think of for free with MIT, they put all their courses online in open courseware format for anyone to use without sign up

Search MITocw

I used it for mental health and science

It’s a useful resource anyone can use and not many seem to know it’s there, it’s worth a look into

When wiring a plug blue to the left brown to the right

The 2nd letter of each colour determines the direction of wire

Probably could of explained that better but you get the jist lol

I used to teach my first year students that way.

Blue - Bottom Left.

Brown - Bottom Right.
