I hope you receive some advice that helps you." You have hit the nail on the head, many people start out with goals that are unrealistic, hard to fit in for daily life. So yes, you can achieve what you set out you just have to understand some of the lifestyle changes needed. It's certainly not for everyone, me included. PTs are very expensive so any help well informed people can give you is a bonus, speak to members of staff at your gym they should be happy to give advise and help. | |||
